We are working with JSON data and map any other data formats to a JSON structure for our provided integrations. If you use a Custom Integration, you can pass any JSON structure.

Record Structure

To allow for flexibility, we use a common record structure for all integrations. In your Frontstack project, you define the scopes, regions and locales that you want to use for your frontend. Integrations process records based on the integration’s configured channels, currencies and translations, which map to the project’s scopes, regions and locales respectively.

Source ID

Frontstack uses the Source ID to identify records in your source system. In first-party integrations, we provide the identifier from your source system. In a Custom Integration, you provide the identifier yourself.
